Calstar introduces seven new models of our gragighter rail rods.

With the trends going towards short leaders and lots of spectrum. The 765 and 770 series of rods allows the rod to act like a giant shock absorber. Allowing the angler to put maxiumum pressure on a fish without worrying about pulling the hook out or breaking the connection. There are 6 1/2' and 7' to choose from.

First Two 300 pound Tuna of 2004/2005 season caught by
Josh Temple and Trevor Marks fishing out of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
Both fish (303.9 and 307.1 lbs.) were caught on Calstar rods.

Kathy Rounds with IGFA ladies worlds record 285 pound
halibut caught on 20 lb test line with a Calstar 700L rod.
